Nnenna Maxine Odumodu (b. 1992, Lagos) is a curator and multi-disciplinary artist from Enuorji, Anambra based in London
undergraduate, studied at The University of Kent
with over 7 years working across visual arts, performance and socially engaged programming, my practice is rooted in care and an idealist hope for collective transformation. Through am.c, I explore cultural spaces that centre healing and identity within the diaspora. I connect with my audience through multi-sensory and cross-disciplinary formats.
As an immigrant, I am drawn to the juxtapositions across cultures. Stories overlapping. The tension as well as the harmony inform my work in visual, textile and sound design
I have contributed to and overseen exhibitions with Ed Cross Fine Art and Art Pantheon at art International Art Fairs including Art X Lagos & 1-54 Contemporary Art Fair, London
I continue to develop projects that engage with art as a tool for dialogue and healing
